I notice you have quinces. I hope you use them well. Here in Australia I make jelly, quince cheese, jam, and I put then in casseroles instead of potato. But with five quince trees I give them away although many people don’t know how to use them.

Oh I sure do use my quinces well – they are the grande finale of the orchard season 🙂
